This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Partner," "Customer," "you," or "your") and the operator of this website and the developer of the Application ("BLUE Jobs," "Operator," "we," or "our"). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such business or legal entity to this agreement, in which case the terms "User," "Partner," "Customer," "you," or "your" shall apply to such entity. By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. This Policy does not apply to the activities of companies that we do not own or control or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

Our role may vary depending on the specific situation regarding Personal Information. We act as the data controller when we request you to provide necessary Personal Information to ensure access and use of your Services. In such cases, we are the data controller as we determine the purposes and means of processing Personal Information.
We act as the data processor in situations when you provide Personal Information through the Services. We do not own, control, or make decisions regarding the Personal Information provided, and that Personal Information is only processed according to your instructions. Once the retention period expires, Personal Information will be deleted. Therefore, the rights of access, deletion, rectification, and data portability cannot be enforced after the retention period ends.

We provide newsletters that you can voluntarily subscribe to at any time. We commit to keeping your email address confidential and will not disclose it to any third party unless permitted in the information processing and usage section. We will maintain email communications in accordance with current laws and regulations.
All emails sent by us will clearly state who the email is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. You can choose to unsubscribe from our newsletters or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in these emails or by contacting us. However, you will continue to receive necessary transactional emails.

In the event that a User reports the use of information contrary to the stated purpose, BLUE Jobs will follow the following steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: The User submits feedback regarding the collection of personal information contrary to the stated purpose.
Step 2: BLUE Jobs Customer Care department receives and resolves the issue with relevant parties.
Step 3: In cases beyond the control of BLUE Jobs, we will involve relevant authorities to seek resolution.
CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
We have the right to modify this Policy or its terms related to the Services at any time, at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We may also provide notice to you in other ways at our discretion, such as through contact information you have provided.
The updated version of this Policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Policy (or other act specified at that time) constitutes your consent to the changes. However, if you do not agree, we will not use your Personal Information in a manner different from what was stated at the time your Personal Information was collected.
